What I do
UX leadership for enterprise platforms
I take a product area end to end, split work across the team and review it. For multi-client platforms where many departments need to agree.
Research and usability testing
Interviews and moderated tests, including blind, deaf and low-vision users. Every issue gets a severity and a recommendation.
Information architecture and design systems
One structure and one design system for many products or portals. Templates that editors can actually keep consistent.
AI-enhanced design process
I set up research and delivery workflows with AI, and I teach teams where to trust it and where not to.

Yes. On a public-sector project I joined a running project with fixed scope and budget, and still moved the work to one research-based structure.
How exactly do you use AI?
For synthesis, drafts and repetitive work. Research with people, decisions and workshops stay with me. Ask me for examples.
Do you design for accessibility?
Yes, it's a core part of my work: WCAG 2.1, testing with users of assistive technology, guidelines for editors.
